All our garments are handcrafted in Andalucía (Spain) and they are all unique and different from each other (any imperfection you may notice may be due to this artisanal process).

Due to the uniqueness of each garment its availability is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
We will select the most suitable courier to ship your order and notify you via email with your shipping tracking number after your order confirmation.
Garments’ prices do not include shipment costs.
All shipments are made on regular rates. If you want an express shipping or additional insurance, this is possible at your expense, please enquire at the time of your purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITONS
This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the goods listed on our website www.nikaime.com to you. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By placing an order at NIKAIME, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at NIKAIME for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Events outside NIKAIME’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that NIKAIME is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain NIKAIME’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from NIKAIME.
All transfers conducted through NIKAIME are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choose for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
NIKAIME reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, NIKAIME has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. NIKAIME shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, NIKAIME reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

Upon us receiving notification of your intention to return the goods, we shall contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 3 working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods and return the goods to us immediately (informing us in writing of your intention to return the goods prior to postage). Failure to inform us may result in a delay in the refund process.
You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.
The returned goods should be in their original packaging, in unused and resalable condition and should be accompanied by all corresponding order details. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.
You can return the product within 3 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number. NIKAIME suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment.
Returning A Package
Please send us the tracking number within 5 days of receipt of your online order. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. NIKAIME is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will refund the payment to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.
