Garments’ prices do not include shipment costs, however, every purchase over 50€ has no delivery charge.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We will select the most suitable courier to ship your order and notify you via email with your shipping tracking number after your order confirmation.

All shipments are made on regular rates. If you want an express shipping or additional insurance, this is possible at your expense, please enquire at the time of your purchase.

Returning an article is totally free for you but you must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them.
The returned goods should be in their original packaging, in unused and resaleable condition. If the reason of the return is that the product is damaged or in bad condition we will ask you to send pictures before starting the return process.

How can I return an article?

You can return the product within 7 days since receiving it.

  1. Please, fill-in this form and specify the reason why you are returning your article. Upon us receiving the notification, we will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  2. Please, put the article inside its original package
  3. Wait for the courier notification about the picking-up details.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned goods and after checking the condition is ok, we will process the refund of the article price as soon as possible.

NOTE: In orders below 50€ the refund amount will not include delivery charges.

We will use the same method you chose for your purchase to refund you. Right after processing the refund we will notify you via email. Please note that the refund process may last up to 15 working days to complete.
